Tour options

・Room reservation + TAICOCLUB camps’10 advanced tickets
Package option for hotel room reservation and advanced tickets for the festival. It is for those who wish to come to the festival site by train, our official bus service.
In case you wish to come to the festival site by car, please apply for “advanced ticket + parking ticket” at TAICOCLUB TICKET SHOP and reserve the room only (without advanced ticket) at following option. TAICOCLUB official bus service at following option or public transportation is to be only option to visit the site when the parking tickets sold out.

* This option is package option for the room and tickets.
(i.e. Applying for 5 persons for one room, it comes with 5 advanced tickets.)

* Room charge is per room, not per person. No change on its room charge depends on how many people to stay in if it is not over-capacity of the room.

* Alterations of the name/number of persons for the reservation can be made until 7 days prior to the day of the festival. Alteration on the day of the festival is not available.

* Advanced tickets are to be dispatched to the person who made a reservation end of August.
* “Hotel room wrist-bands” to get in the hotel are to be given based on applied number of persons when check-in on the day of the festival. No entry to the hotel is allowed without the band.
* There is a capacity depending on the type of the room. All pricing of the room is based on maximum capacity. No discount is available even when making reservation less than the capacity. Reservation with over-capacity of the room is not available.
* Onsen (Hot spring) is available only for those who made a reservation of the hotel room.

・Room reservation (without advanced tickets)
Reservation for the hotel room only. Please choose this option if you have already got advanced tickets and wish to reserve the hotel room.

Package option for bus ticket and advanced ticket. Bus service is available each from Tokyo, Nagoya, Shin-Osaka to the festival site.

*Advanced tickets are to be handed over on the day of the festival.

・Bus tickets
Bus tickets only. Please choose this option if you have already got advanced tickets and wish to come to the festival site by bus.

Reservation of the room, application for the bus service are to be closed at 23:59 on 3rd September or when being sold out.

・Primary school age children or under 12 years of age are free to enter the site as long as they are accompanied by their guardians
・One advanced ticket is valid only for one person.
・No sale only for parking ticket. If you wish to come to the festival site by car, please purchase with advanced entrance ticket at "TAICOCLUB TICKET SHOP" .
・Purchased advanced tickets are not refundable in any reasons.
・Any personal information when applying for purchase of tickets is to revert to the festival promoter.
・Advanced tickets, parking tickets are limited. Early application is recommended.
・Motor bike parking tickets are available at JPY500 at door. ・Please also refer to "festival regulation" .
